DECEMBER THEME: MINDFULNESS LOUNGE: Renewing Your Meditation Practice (PLUS 21-Day Meditation Challenge to bring in the new year with grace!)

During this virtual retreat, you'll enjoy our transformational guided meditations and practices silently and privately for the first hour. You can also ask questions via the chat box. If you are attending LIVE, you will also have the opportunity to enjoy our second hour together in our "Sacred Queen Circle," your confidential space to be heard, celebrated and supported.

The second hour will not be recorded to support the sacredness of our container and ease of our authentic sisterhood.

Love Note: This is a space of reflection and deep listening. Given that there is nothing wrong with you, no advice will be given unless you specifically ask for guidance or have a question, nor will there be attempts to fix or change you.

Our space is fortified by the energies of Presence, Compassion, Authenticity, Acceptance, Gratitude, Celebration, Deep Listening and LOVE!
